Want to spend time outdoors, connect with others, and relax? Join us for Let’s Walk and Talk! – our bi-weekly walks in Sutton Park!

Free support group every Wednesday at 5:00 PM.

Do you feel lonely, can’t cope with emotions, are overwhelmed by what’s happening in your life? Are you struggling with depression, neurosis, anxiety, trauma?

Come, meet new people, share your problems, listen to others, learn new techniques for dealing with a situation.

The group is open, you don’t need to sign up or make an appointment. Meetings are free and led by a therapist.

One to one sessions available every Wednesday – you need to make an appointment.

Time to leave the house and move it!

Join us for a series of bike trips led by an experienced local cyclist

Together we will conquer Sutton Park!

Don’t forget to bring the righ clothing, protective gear, and cover your head!

Apart from riding we are planning to:

-Have a picnic

-Lie on the grass

-Play games

-And if the weather allows, dip our feet in the lake!

Get ready for our Polish Heritage Day with a thrilling volleyball tournament and family fun activities! Kicking off at 10:00 AM

But wait, there’s more! We’ve got some other family-friendly fun lined up, from bouncing around in the castle to getting your face painted with funky designs and washable tattoos. And let’s not forget about the BBQ and the sweet treats from Polish Village Bread at our café. Enjoy a refreshing cold drinks or hot tea or coffee available in the shop.

Best of all, admission to this event for the public is absolutely free*, and everyone is invited! So come on down and let’s celebrate Polish Heritage Day together with a whole lot of laughs and some epic volleyball showdowns!

Please note the admission is free for members of the public, but there is a team joining fee for participants of the tournament. To join the volleyball game with your team, shoot us an email at [email protected] and dish out the £70 team entry fee.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level, but it’s even more awesome if you can handle the ball a bit 🙂 But most importantly, we’re here to create a friendly and inclusive vibe.
